BBBE U CHARITY will provide planned activities for single parents, particularly single mothers, to include, but not limited to, collecting monetary and other charitable donations; assisting with tuition and daycare location and expenses; Dress for Success coaching; hosting basic job skill workshops; economic development; financial literacy; and entrepreneurship guidance; assisting participants with finding employment, and providing other services and assistance to reduce participants’ barriers entering the workplace and staying gainfully employed.
A beautician, entrepreneur, educator and author for over a decade, Rasheeah Burrell began her career in 2007 at Medix School of Cosmetology, and has been making power moves ever since.
Rasheeah is known for her ability to solve problems, identify industry niche, and drawing a crowd of ambitious entrepreneurs. In 2013 she began hosting educational symposiums for beauty and barber professionals, focusing on the importance of financial literacy and branding.
The Success of the BBBE 2016 was unparalleled, as keynote speaker TabathaCoffey returned for a 2nd year in a row with the company of 500 participants that were in attendance.
In 2018 Rasheeah turned the BBBEXPO annually event into a more intimate educational experience by hosting a BBBE 6-Week Business Bootcamp.
In 2021 BBBE University launched its first online monthly subscription business training for ambitious women in business
Jonae Mayfield has a B.S. in finance from the University of Baltimore, She has previously served on the board of a startup non-profit as the CFO.
With experience from previous non-profits and other companies, she provides insight on how to properly communicate with potential donors and in fundraising.
She also is a serial entrepreneur in the retail and e-commerce industry, as well as a self published author. Jonae also offers small business consulting to local businesses.
Mika Kelly is a well sought out hairstylist, salon owner, and educator for MK Extensions. She began her career in 2009 by pursuing her dream of becoming an entrepreneur.
Mika Kelly worked with some of the best in the beauty industry where she learned the importance of providing the ultimate Customer Experience. Soon after that Mika built her brand "Mika Kelly Hair Studio" in January 2016. where she employed other beauty professionals that she mentored and helped shape into entrepreneurs. In 2019 she expanded her brand and opened up MK Salon & Spa.
